QUINNY x LINSEY: Creating Their Highest Performing Organic Content Ever
Leave a comment
This collaboration started with one video. Not a campaign. Not an ad. Not a pitch deck.
Just a piece of content I made on my own called: How To Be Parisian While You’re Pregnant. And somehow… it ended up on the radar of the marketing team of Maxicosi’s brand Quinny. Which honestly became one of those career moments where everything suddenly clicked.
Because for the first time, a major brand wasn’t approaching me as “an influencer.” They approached me because of my creative vision.
THE CHALLENGE
Quinny wanted content that felt different from traditional baby marketing.
Less staged. Less commercial. More cinematic. More storytelling-driven. More emotionally engaging. The team literally told me: “The kind of content you create for yourself? We want that for Quinny.”
And that changed everything. Because suddenly this became more than a partnership. It became a creative collaboration between: Quinny, their agency SuperHeroes and me.
THE ORIGINAL PLAN
The original idea was huge. We were developing a European campaign together where I would work as creative lead on the concept and storytelling side.
The campaign would be shot internationally across multiple countries including England, Belgium and France. Everything was ready to go. And then… COVID happened.
Which unfortunately stopped the full production from happening. But creatively? We pivoted. And honestly, that’s where some of the best ideas were born.
THE CONTENT
During quarantine, I started creating highly conceptual home-based content together with Quinny. And somehow those videos became some of the most iconic content pieces I’ve ever made. One of the biggest examples was my: Quarantine Morning Walk.
Instead of walking outside during lockdown, I transformed my entire Amsterdam apartment into an imaginative outdoor world. My hallway became a park filled with plants. My kitchen turned into a coffee bar. My dining area became a museum.
And I walked through all of it with the Quinny stroller and my baby son as if we were exploring a real city. It was playful. Creative. Emotional. A little surreal. And incredibly relatable during lockdown.
Another campaign concept was: Flatten The Curve.
A playful double meaning inspired by both postpartum body changes and the famous COVID slogan everyone knew at the time. For this video, I transformed my son’s room into a home gym and created workout-inspired content using the Quinny stroller itself.
Again: not traditional advertising, but storytelling people actually wanted to watch.
THE RESULTS
The content became some of Quinny’s best performing social content ever. But more importantly: people remembered it. To this day, people still bring up these videos and campaigns when they talk to me about my work.
Which honestly says everything about the power of creative storytelling.
