THE CHALLENGE

Almost everyone has had the same fear at a hair salon: “What if it looks terrible?”

So instead of asking people to imagine a transformation, I wanted to let them SEE it first.

That idea became the Mouse Inc. hAIr Salon:
an AI-powered virtual hair experience where people can preview dramatic hair transformations before a single strand gets touched.

THE GOAL

The goal was creating an interactive beauty activation that combined AI technology, Photoshop expertise & entertainment into one highly shareable experience.

Something visually impressive enough for television. But also commercially interesting for brands, salons, media productions and live events.

THE CONCEPT

Using AI-generated transformations combined with high-end Photoshop editing, I created realistic virtual hair makeovers tailored to each individual.

From dramatic cuts to bold color transformations, people could instantly visualize themselves in an entirely new identity.

The concept was featured during the famous makeover episode of Holland’s Next Top Model, where models experienced their future hairstyles before the physical transformation even happened.

Which made the reveal even more emotional, suspenseful and entertaining for viewers.
